What Is Hypnosis?

What exactly is hypnosis? Although the definition may vary from one source and other sources, but the American Psychological Association describes hypnosis as a Cooperation interactions in which participants responded to suggestions from the hypnotist. While hypnosis has become famous thanks to popular acts in which people are asked to do something unusual or silly, this technique has also been clinically proven to provide medical treatment and benefits, especially in reducing pain and anxiety. This has even suggested that hypnosis can reduce the symptoms of dementia.
